WHEN CONTENT BECAME A JOURNEY
A targeted learning-path pilot grew into a connected product experience that helped suppliers understand what to learn now and what to do next.
- PROBLEM
- Training existed as separate pieces and stopped helping when the work became more complex.
- EVIDENCE
- Supplier research confirmed demand for recommended paths; after launch, learning traffic increased by 130.3% YoY.
- DECISION
- I turned the pilot into a connected experience with recommendations, visible progress and meaningful next steps.
02OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
WHEN A LEARNING PROBLEM REVEALED A SYSTEMS PROBLEM
A request for learning exposed several conflicting interpretations of the same catalogue task across teams and regions.
- PROBLEM
- The same question produced different answers depending on who was asked.
- EVIDENCE
- Research across the US and ten EU countries revealed inconsistent definitions and processes.
- DECISION
- I designed scenario-based guidance and escalated the wider ownership and governance gap.

03LEARNING ECOSYSTEM & PRODUCT STRATEGY
WHEN TRAINING BECAME AN ECOSYSTEM
A learning programme measured mainly through adoption evolved into a broader model for understanding whether education was useful and effective.
- PROBLEM
- Adoption showed whether people found training, but not whether it was relevant or helped them progress.
- EVIDENCE
- Programme data revealed gaps before training started and after users entered the content.
- DECISION
- I designed a model based on relevance, discoverability, engagement and impact.

04CONTENT GOVERNANCE & PRIORITISATION
WHEN A ONE-OFF RECOVERY BECAME A REPEATABLE SYSTEM
A manual content refresh became a repeatable way to decide which learning required attention first and how the work should be managed.
- PROBLEM
- The first recovery improved freshness quickly but depended on intensive manual effort.
- EVIDENCE
- The pilot moved freshness from 0% to 68%; the streamlined approach later moved it from 69% to 82%.
- DECISION
- I built prioritisation into content intake and moved the roadmap into Workfront.

05LEARNING ANALYTICS
WHEN THE LEARNING JOURNEY BROKE
A deeper analysis examined what happened between seeing a learning opportunity, starting it and completing it.
- PROBLEM
- Traffic was increasing, but learners were not completing more training on average.
- EVIDENCE
- Page impressions, not-started training and in-content drop-off showed where interest disappeared.
- DECISION
- I used the findings to prioritise personalisation, progress visibility and stronger engagement features.
